Terms of service

Femily Limited

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you buy Femily Pro or Femily VIP. They are written in plain language. If anything is unclear, email admin@femily.co and we will explain.

1. Who we are

Femily Limited, Raheenteigue, Tinahely, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. You can reach us at admin@femily.co. Our privacy policy at femily.co/privacy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. What you are buying

Femily Pro is a monthly membership: gym and running programming for GAA and rugby players, delivered through the BridgeAthletic app, and a private members' community on Circle.

Femily VIP is a monthly one-to-one coaching membership: a programme built for you by Lucy Rock or Orlaith Curran, a weekly check-in, direct contact with your coach, and the Femily Pro community.

What each includes when you buy is described on femily.co. We add to and change the programming and the community over time.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one shown at the checkout when you buy. Prices are in euro and include any VAT due.

You pay monthly, in advance, by card. Our checkout runs on Circle and payments are processed by Stripe. Your membership renews on the same date each month, and your card is charged each time, until you cancel.

If a coupon gives you a free period, your card is charged when that period ends unless you have cancelled before then.

4. Cancelling

There is no minimum term. Cancel at any time in your account settings on Circle, or by emailing admin@femily.co. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you change your mind within 14 days of buying, email us and we will refund any payment you have made. After that we do not refund part of a month.

5. Age

You must be 18 or over to buy. If we learn that a member is under 18, we will end the membership and refund any unused part of the month.

6. Training safely

Femily provides fitness coaching, not medical advice. Lucy and Orlaith are coaches, not doctors or physiotherapists. You are responsible for making sure you are safe to train, before you start and whenever your health changes, and for getting medical advice if you are injured, ill, pregnant, have recently had a baby, or are in any doubt. If something hurts or feels wrong, stop. We do not diagnose or treat injury.

Femily Pro programming is written for a sport, not for you personally, so you decide what is right for you on the day. Femily VIP programming is written for you from what you tell your coach, so keep your coach up to date.

7. Our responsibility

We take care over our programming and our coaching, and we are responsible for providing the service you have paid for. We are not responsible for injury or loss that comes from training unsafely, ignoring medical advice, or using the programming for something it was not written for. Nothing in these terms limits any liability we cannot limit under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. The community

The community is for members. Treat other members with respect. We can remove posts and end the membership of anyone who abuses or harasses others; if we end a membership for that reason we refund the unused part of the month. What you post stays yours; by posting it you let other members see it.

9. Our content

The programming, videos, guides and everything else we give you belong to Femily or are licensed to us. They are for your own training. Do not copy them, share them outside the membership, or use them to coach other people.

10. Changes

We may change these terms, and we will tell you by email when we do. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, so you can cancel before it does.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
