I'm Orlaith, an S&C coach by profession and an avid health and fitness fan. I've been involved in high performance sport for the past 10 years, working mainly with females, and I love what I do. My passion lies in helping people understand how to challenge themselves, get more from their performance, and ultimately become better. I believe strength takes many forms - physical, mental, and collective. There's something powerful about being part of something bigger that pushes you in ways you didn't expect. I’m so excited to be teaming up with Lucy, one of the best athletes I’ve ever worked with, to create a community we both hope will help you learn how to perform at your best, with the right support along the way.
